I found the tube and reconnected it. If the hot water does not work, then you may need to use the actual "Epson Print Head Cleaning Solution", which is designed by epson company to dissolve its inks.

Please don't do what I did. That's the good news. I tried doing a head cleaning several times, and an alignment, and a nozzel check. It took about 2 hours to figure out how to get it apart and find the problem, but, now my printer is functional again.

Okay, here is a quick and easy way to check and see if the print tube is loose. Overall, I wanted to say thank you to whoever operates this website and Wes because after fixing this problem, it works again.

I concur - fixed mine by reconnecting the hoses.
