Another day has passed and still not RMA. Looking in sysrem device manager it reads as an 8-core, which is a fact I was very much Ignorant to! I was very concerned as to the build quality and the components that would be used. There are a couple issues I have.

The cases could look completely different, but if all the internal components are the same then there is functionally no difference. I spoke with a manager and offered to print, scan and email my purchase information but was told it does not work that way.

So, if you want a good gaming system with a warranty and you value your time, this PC is a pretty great deal.

I would start from scratch and rebuild it with the base system, the price would magically go back to where it was. For those that want some more technical specs then what is provided from the description on here.

Pudget definately isn't the cheapest, and they don't offer every component known to man, but if you're in the market for a team of people that will take the time to do the job right, and provide quality human interaction the whole way through the ibuupower they may be a very good choice.
