LACIE ESATA EXPRESSCARD 34 DRIVER DOWNLOAD

Not the fault of the card but of the OSX. A couple things to note: Rated 4 out of 5 by Dasagui from Fast but buggy sometimes Adds two USB 3. This device worked great for me when used with Mobdin's patched LaCie driver to enable use on non-LaCie drives. The only bad thing is that sometimes makes the system to crash. It transferred 7 GBS of video to the drive in 2 min!!

Definitely the worth the investment. At least the express card connects to any SATA laciie. Granted it's not as much as advertised, but that could be the fault of either the disk, the card, or the driver used.

The biggest quirk for me is ejecting it lacoe I have to eject the disk and card in a very certain order, otherwise it will not work the next time I plug it in, and I have to reboot. What can be better than being able to use USB 3. I need this because I use virtual machine for everything these days through Fusion on my MacBook Pro. My Solid State Drive was 5 times faster with the same test.

Also at times when you put the computer to sleep it won't wake up the connected device. Adds two USB 3. Fastkey would not mount on my macbook pro. All-in-all definitely worth the cash for the significant boost in speed!

The connector is secure but very tight. Esataa talked with LaCie about this and they indicated it's a firmware issue but didn't explain if it was in the 2Big drive or this device. THe drive tested at about 2.
